About Roopa

Yoga teacher with 15 years of experience in Yoga and a teachers training certification (800 hrs) from Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. I teach Vinyasa and Hatha classes as well as pranayama and meditation for beginners and intermediate level practitioners. I also take yoga therapy sessions for specific health issues. My goal as a teacher is to create accessible classes that can be modified and adapted to meet the needs of the individual student.
